Fourth Wave Coffee in Austin, Texas

We purchase very high-end specialty coffee from roasters that share our values. Our espresso is a blend that incorporates fruit and caramel notes with a chocolate mouthfeel. Our cold brew is a fantastic single-origin Colombian that is just straight-up addictive. Dear Diary attracts people that drink their espresso straight and their drip black, for sure.

However! Dear Diary Coffee is what happens when you put a bunch of artsy, queer, creative, vegan, tree-hugging cat ladies (and men) in charge. We have an amazing selection of syrups and spice blends we make ourselves using 100% vegan ingredients such as turbinado cane sugar from Mexico. We love making pretty sugar-milk, and folks love drinking it!

Fourth wave is the term given to coffee shops that care about quality and sustainability, but like having fun too.
