Earl grey tea syrup for Grey Romano Lattes at Dear Diary

Good morning! I’ve been working on an Earl Grey tea syrup so we can start making Grey Romanos at the shop. (Romanoes?) A Cafe Romano is a latte with lemon juice in it. It’s an American invention, apparently. A Mazagran is a cold brew or other not-milky coffee drink with lemon.

Avery the barista had tried espresso with Earl Grey and lemon once, and she said it was amazingly delicious! So now we’re going to try it!
